Your Coach, Dr. Refaela Gould
Refaela Gould, D.R.E., MMFT, has a Master's degree in Marriage & Family Therapy and a doctoral degree in Religious Education. Providing services as a Marriage and Family Therapist from 2001 to 2021, Dr. Gould specialized in attachment theory.
Branching out into coaching, Dr. Gould's specialty primarily focuses on assisting women leaving toxic relationships and women seeking to reclaim their lives after trauma and burnout.
An avid student of ballet, Dr. Gould recommends ballet to adults (with or without experience) as a movement modality for achieving greater emotional, mental, and physical health. Of course, this is optional. She also travels, leading international journeys to expand the mind, soul, and creative process through mindfulness, identity work, and self-love/acceptance.
Her business, It’s Your World Now™️ offers individual personal coaching, group interactive opportunities in a safe community, and travel experiences for women to broaden their mindsets regarding themselves and the world they create for themselves. (Some of these trips offer performance opportunities for all skill levels in addition to touring and exploring other cultures and countries.)
"I have been working with Refaela on and off for the past four years. She came highly recommended by a person I greatly respect, and she did not disappoint. I have not only found her insightful and wise, but I have also used her services for family issues with other family members, and they found her to be quite helpful as well. I appreciate her nonjudgmental demeanor and presence and would (and have) recommend her to anyone genuinely committed to their health journey."
